Site located in launceston, Tasmania, along Tamar River. Design consist 3 main spaces: Business, residential and multi-purpose space. All the 3 spaces is seperated by height hierarchy. Each on top of each other. Concept is integrating green with gray by having a hill like at both side of the structure and transforming the entrance into a plinth.
